| dc.description.abstract | Метою дослідження є означення економічної категорії «супутня продукція», висвітлення особливостей обліку та технології виробництва супутньої продукції, у тому числі субпродуктів, дослідження сучасних способів оцінки субпродуктів та запропонувати систему інформаційного забезпечення оприбуткування, наявності та руху субпродуктів на підприємстві. Проведеними дослідженнями встановлено, що на м’ясопереробних підприємствах застосовують такі економічні категорії як «супутня продукція» та «побічна продукція». Запропоновано використовувати термін «супутня продукція», відкинувши усі інші поняття (побіжна продукція, залишкова продукція та інші). Отримані із виробництва субпродукти обліковують у ваговій та вартісній оцінці та відображають такі дані у Вазі-накладній на субпродукти. Через високу ринкову вартість субпродуктів 1-ої категорії запропоновано їх обліковувати також і у кількісній оцінці. | dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the research is the definition of economic category "the concurrent products", showing the features of accounting and production of the concurrent products, including offal, the research modern methods of evaluation offal. It also offers information support system of incoming, availability and movement offal in the enterprise. The conducted researches have established, that meat processing plants are applying such economic categories as "the concurrent products" and "by-products". It is proposed to use the term "the concurrent products ", rejecting all other concepts (cursory products, residual products, etc.). To ensure appropriate control for formation of the cost in conditions of the budgeting businesses, it was proposed to separate costs of the department offal in the cost system of meat and fat department and account for them in a separate group of analytical accounts 23112 "Expenses of department offal." The products of offal department consider, that it is necessary to account for a part of semifinished products produced by price possible internal use. The received concurrent products from production are accounting for the weight and cost evaluation and displaying the following information on Weightconsignment note for offal. Due to the high market value of the offal the first category offered to account for them also to quantitative assessment. The corresponding changes we proposed in an improved form of the primary document - Weight-consignment note for offal. | uk |
