| dc.description.abstract | Дослідження теми управління ризиками в фінансових установах дійсно є одним із головних питань та щоденною потребою фінансових установ в сучасних реаліях в Україні. По-перше, існує необхідність забезпечення стабільності кожної окремої фінансової установи у зв’язку з тим, що ефективне управління ризиками допомагає запобігти можливих фінансових втрат установ та уникнути банкрутства. По-друге, за умови грамотного та продуманого підходу управління ризиками, покращується фінансова стабільність і підвищується рівень довіри клієнтів та інвесторів. По-третє, якісне управління ризиками потрібне для виконання вимог регулятора та норм законодавства у сфері управління ризиками фінансових установ. Національний банк України ще декілька років тому запровадив ризик-орієнтований підхід в управлінні діяльністю банків та закликає інші фінансові установи використовувати даний підхід. По-четверте, грамотний підхід в управлінні ризиками допоможе фінансовій установі захиститися від фінансових криз. В сучасних реаліях в Україні часто трапляються економічні та політичні ситуації, у результаті яких час від часу настають різні фінансово-економічні та банківські кризи, що відчутно відображається на учасниках фінансового ринку. Тому фінансові установи повинні постійно слідкувати за ситуацією на фінансовому ринку, щоб вчасно ідентифікувати ризики, обрати вірні шляхи їх мітигації задля запобігання кризи самої фінансової установи. The study of risk management in financial institutions is indeed one of the main issues and daily needs of financial institutions in the current realities in Ukraine. Firstly, there is a need to ensure the stability of each individual financial institution, as effective risk management helps to prevent possible financial losses of the institution and avoid bankruptcy. Secondly, a competent and thoughtful approach to risk management improves financial stability and increases the level of customer and investor confidence. Third, high-quality risk management is necessary to meet the requirements of the regulator and legislation in the field of risk management of financial institutions. Several years ago, the National Bank of Ukraine introduced a risk-based approach to managing banks' activities and encourages other financial institutions to adopt this approach. Fourth, a competent approach to risk management will help a financial institution protect itself from financial crises. In today's reality, economic and political situations often arise in Ukraine, resulting in various financial, economic and banking crises from time to time, which has a significant impact on financial market participants. Therefore, financial institutions must constantly monitor the situation on the financial market in order to identify risks in a timely manner and choose the right ways to mitigate them in order to prevent crises within the financial institution itself. | |
