dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано основні проблеми розвитку регіональних ринків праці, визначено основні проблеми їх функціонування. Охарактеризовано стан ринку праці Донецької області, його структуру та динаміку. Автором доведено, що розвиток регіональних ринків праці є одним із важливих чинників, що обумовлюють розвиток регіонів, у відповідності до цього, запропоновано заходи щодо їх активізації в сучасних умовах.uk
dc.description.abstractThe article stipulates that the imbalance indicators of socio-economic development leads to deterioration of the quality of life of the population as a whole; analyzed main problems of regional labor markets; defined main problem of their operation, described the labor market of Donetsk region, its structure and dynamics. Conducted analysis made it possible to conclude that the labor market situation in the region is deteriorating due to both subjective and objective factors that the local government can not solve completely independently. Also as a result of research the it was identified reduction of economic activity and employment, increasing unemployment, availability of quantitative and qualitative imbalance between supply and necessity for labor, a problem of illegal relations in the field of employment. Author points to the lack of effective and synchronous interaction between the labor market and the education market, which leads to a deepening shortage of skilled workers in any and all areas of economic activity, the increase in youth unemployment, which leads to a range of negative socio-economic consequences and hinders prospects development of regions and the country as a whole. The author proved that the development of regional labor markets is one of the most important factors determining the development strategy of the region. In line with this, the proposed measures to enhance regional labor markets in modern conditions, which focus on immediate needs today and provide for implementation by the state, regions and communities are as individuals and business environment.uk
