dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено сучасні тенденції міждержавної взаємодії в контексті глибоких соціотехнологічних змін, що зумовлені стрімким розвитком цифрових технологій, автоматизованих систем та алгоритмічного управління. Розглядаються ключові виклики, які постають перед глобальними акторами в умовах технологічного мультилатералізму, трансформації комунікаційних середовищ, еволюції механізмів впливу та зростання ролі цифрових платформ у формуванні зовнішньополітичного порядку денного. Особливу увагу приділено проблемам цифрової безпеки, поширення дезінформації та ерозії довіри у міжнародних відносинах. У статті також порушуються питання нормативного регулювання технологічного впливу на міждержавну взаємодію, а також збереження стратегічного балансу між інноваціями та соціокультурними цінностями у глобальному контексті. Матеріал спрямований на формування аналітичного підґрунтя для подальших досліджень впливу соціотехнологічних трансформацій на структуру і динаміку міжнародного співробітництва.This article explores contemporary trends of international interaction amid profound socio-technological transformation, driven by rapid advancements in digital technologies, automated systems, and algorithmic governance. It analyzes the key challenges faced by global actors in the context of technological multilateralism, the transformation of communication environments, the evolution of mechanisms of influence, and the growing role of digital platforms in shaping the foreign policy agenda. Special attention is given to issues of digital security, the proliferation of disinformation, and the erosion of trust in international relations. The study addresses the pressing need for normative regulation of technological impacts on interstate interactions, emphasizing the balance between innovation and humanitarian values in the global context. By examining the intersection of social dynamics and technological development, the article highlights the complexity of managing international cooperation in an era where digital tools fundamentally reshape diplomatic practices, power structures, and strategic decision-making processes. The article considers implications of emerging technologies for sovereignty, cybersecurity, and the global balance of power, underscoring the importance of collaborative and multilateral governance approaches. The role of ethical considerations and human-centered policies in mitigating risks associated with technological disruption is also explored. Additionally, it discusses how socio-technological changes influence normative frameworks, legal standards, and institutional reforms needed to address new challenges. The need for international dialogue and cooperation to establish shared principles governing advanced technologies is emphasized, highlighting risks of fragmentation and conflict from unilateral actions. The findings aim to provide an analytical foundation for future research on safe, ethical, and effective integration of emerging technologies into global governance, supporting sustainable, transparent, and resilient international partnerships capable of adapting to ongoing socio-technological evolution and promoting global stability and cooperation.
