Abstract
В роботі відображено необхідність формування дієвого організаційно-економічного механізму як передумови ефективного розвитку підприємств. Сформульовані основні відмінності між організаційно-економічним механізмом поточного функціонування підприємства та механізмом його розвитку.
The article reflects the necessity of forming the efficient business mechanism as the premise of the effective development of the enterprise. The main differences between the business mechanism at the current functioning of the enterprise and the mechanism of it’s development were settled.
