dc.description.abstractСфера охорони здоров’я є предметом зацікавленості вчених протягом всієї історії становлення науки. Архаїчна актуальність носить міжнауковий характер медичного, філософського, історичного, економічного, організаційного та інших напрямків наукового пізнання. Медичні науки спрямовані на вивчення процесів в організмі людини, стани, захворювання та методи їх лікування, запобігання, зміцнення здоров’я [2]; за Гіппократом [9]: «Медицина наскільки мало може обходитися без загальних істин філософії, наскільки остання — без фактів, що постачаються їй медициною» — тому філософія та медицина тісно взаємодіють у дослідженні людини, зокрема у розділі філософії «філософія медицини»; історія уособлює процес еволюції та розвитку людини, а також організації її діяльності; за допомогою результатів науково-технічного прогресу розвиток медицини значно впливає на економіку становлення країн світу; менеджмент виділяє окремий напрям менеджменту бізнес-адміністрування (МБА) — МБА у галузі охорони здоров’я у відповідністю з потребами ринку та науковою підтримкою. Так чи так, генезис відображає передумови появи моделей охорони здоров’я країн світу, умови їх імплементації та адаптування через зміни зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів господарювання, а також поточний стан та проблемне поле суб’єктів галузі, що уособлює актуальність дослідження. Розшарування історії медицини на загальну та спеціальну відображає глибину результатів історичних досліджень як охорони здоров’я вцілому, так і окремих її галузей. Вивчення етапів становлення охорони здоров’я, модель якої переважає на сьогодні у суспільстві та здійснюється на основі загальної теорії медицини, а також теорії еволюції економік країн світу, дозволить зрозуміти передумови формування систем охорони здоров’я країн світу, які переважають на сьогодні. The field of health care has been of interest to scientists throughout the history of science. Archaic relevance is interdisciplinary nature of medical, philosophical, historical, economic, organizational and other areas of scientific knowledge. The purpose of medical sciences are the following: studying the processes in the human body, conditions, diseases and methods of their treatment, prevention, health promotion [2]; according to Hippocrates [9]: «How medicine can do without the general truths of philosophy, how much the latter — without the facts supplied to it by medicine» — so philosophy and medicine work closely together in human research, in particular in the philosophy of «philosophy of medicine»; history embodies the process of evolution and development of man, as well as the organization of its activities; through the results of scientific and technological progress, the development of medicine significantly affects the economy of the world; Management allocates a separate area of business administration management (MBA) — MBA in the field of health care in accordance with market needs and scientific support. Either way, the genesis reflects the preconditions for the emergence of health paterns in the world, the conditions for their implementation and adaptation through changes in external and internal economic factors, as well as the current state and problem field of the industry, which embodies the relevance of the study. The stratification of the history of medicine into general and special reflects the depth of the results of historical research in both health care as a whole and its individual branches. The study of the stages of health care, the model of which prevails in society today and based on the general theory of medicine, as well as the theory of evolution of world economies, will understand the prerequisites for the formation of health systems in the world.uk_UA
