| dc.description.abstract | Ensuring the right of persons with disabilities for healthcare is one of the main tasks of state policy in the field of healthcare. The implementation of the tasks of the state policy on ensuring the right for healthcare for persons with disabilities is carried out by means of financial, economic and administrative methods of public administration. Along with the administrative methods of public administration of the right for healthcare for persons with disabilities, another group of methods that ensure the right for healthcare for persons with disabilities is important - the adoption of programs for economic development of healthcare, adoption and financing of rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities, provision of medical measures of separate state programs and complex measures based on program principles, realization of pilot projects on change of the mechanism of financial maintenance of operative treatment with transplantation of organs and other anatomic materials, etc. Therefore, we will pay attention to the problems of application of financial, economic and administrative methods of public administration of the right of persons with disabilities for healthcare. | |
