Abstract
Визначено сутність бізнес-процесів. Розглянуто методи удосконалення бізнес-процесів: шість сигм, ощадливе виробництво, FAST-аналіз, CEM, бенчмаркінг, прямий інжиніринг, реінжиніринг та інші.
The essence of business processes is determined. Methods of improving business processes are considered: six sigma, economical production, FAST-analysis, CEM, benchmarking, direct engineering, reengineering and others.
