Abstract
У статті промислові підприємства позиціонуються як складні соціальні системи, в яких прослідковується значний вплив людського фактора. На основі цього зроблено висновок, що властивостям промислового підприємства, як системи, притаманний нечіткий характер. Запропоновано використання теорії «м’яких» обчислень для моделювання системи економічної безпеки як організаційної одиниці промислових підприємств. Врахування
вказаного фактора дозволить формувати комплекс управлінських заходів, що сприятиме мінімізації впливу дестабілізуючих чинників у сфері кадрової безпеки суб’єктів господарювання.
In this paper the large industrial еnterprises are represented as the complex of organizational structures that contains a number of subsystems. At the same time, enterprises themselves are subsystems in the hierarchically higher system. Taking into account this fact and following the theory of complex systems, the industrial enterprises are positioned as a system, and some of their organizational units act as a system that inherits set of properties that characterizes it. In addition, the attention is focused on the fact that the industrial enterprises are social systems with inherent dominant of the human factor. This feature suggests that all the properties of the system are influenced by human factors and by the functioning of the system as well. On this basis it is concluded that the properties of the industrial enterprise as a system are vague. The main reason for changing the stability of the economic security of the industrial enterprise is the human factor. Neglecting its impact will produce inaccurate results. This can be avoided only by consideration of two main components of the system — between actors: who controls the area of __security and those who follow the instructions. To account the influence of human factors of the formalized model of economic safety of industrial enterprises was developed with the regard of the theory of «soft» computing. Based on the proposed model it is possible to establish a system of relationships in the system of economic securityof industrial enterprises, as well as to simulate a key aspect of its functioning —the human factor in the choice of scenarios of system behavior
В статье промышленные предприятия позиционируются как сложные социальные системы, в которых прослеживается значительное влияние человеческого фактора. На основе этого сделан вывод, что свойствам промышленного предприятия, как системы, присущ нечеткий характер. Предложено использование теории « мягких» вычислений для моделирования системы безопасности как организационной единицы промышленных предприятий.
