dc.description.abstractThe relevance of this article is due to the extremely high rate of development of information and telecommunication technologies, which leads to the urgent need to regulate relationships in the Internet. The purpose of the article is to conduct a scientific study on the legal bases for the existence and development of Internet commerce in Ukraine and to outline the administrative and legal mechanisms of consumer protection in the Internet space. The leading research methods are general scientific and specific research methods, including methods of logic, analysis, comparison. The results of this study are to identify innovative ways to protect the rights of domestic consumers and ways to improve Ukrainian legislation during trading operations in cyberspace. The significance of the obtained results is reflected in the fact that this study may serve as a basis for outlining future changes to the current legislation of Ukraine on trade transactions in the cyberspace of Ukraine.uk_UA
