dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджені умови і проблеми захисту прав споживачів в розрізі окремих видів фінансових послуг та визначено напрями удосконалення системи захисту справ споживачів фінансових послуг шляхом перегляду повноважень і відповідальності державних контролюючих органів, фінансових установ, а також підвищення рівня інформатизації та фінансової освіти користувачів фінансових послуг. The paper studies the conditions and problems of consumer protection in the context of certain types of financial services and directions of improving the system of consumer protection of financial services by reviewing the powers and responsibilities of government control bodies, financial institutions, and by improving the level of informatization and financial education of financial services users.uk_UA
