| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена розгляду економічної сутності стратегій управління бізнесом в сучасних умовах господарювання. Визначено, що підвищена нестабільність і складність зовнішніх та внутрішніх умов функціонування бізнесу призводить до виникнення та розгортання різноманітних кризових явищ, адекватне реагування на які стає запорукою не лише успішного функціонування, але, часто, й виживання суб’єктів господарювання на ринку в довгостроковій перспективі. Доведено, що розробка та реалізація антикризових стратегій у діяльності підприємств дозволяє на ранніх стадіях виявляти і мінімізовувати негативні наслідки розгортання кризових явищ, у результаті чого підвищується економічна стійкість і результативність існування бізнесу в умовах нестабільності. The article considers the economic essence, types, role and significance of anti-crisis business management strategies in modern business conditions. It is determined that the increased instability and complexity of external and internal conditions of business leads to the emergence and development of various crises, adequate response to which is the key not only to successful operation, but often the survival of businesses in the market in the long run. The changing situation in the country and in the world sets a new stage in the discussion of the essence, goals and objectives of crisis management. The process of globalization contributes to the active spread of crises and the expansion of their spheres of influence in the world. One of the most important tasks of crisis management is search and the use of appropriate tools. Business owners and managers will have to look at existing problems in a new way and solve them in difficult economic conditions, which often lead mature enterprises to organizational crises. Priority is given to identifying, assessing and forecasting the impact of the company’s crisis. The article proves that one of the modern management concepts that ensures the effective operation of the enterprise in terms of risks and threats, is crisis management. The use of anti-crisis methods and tools in enterprises, their adequate selection, planning and implementation through the systematic use of anti-crisis tools, such as anti-crisis strategy and tactics, anti-crisis program, etc., allow early detection and minimize the negative effects of crisis in the enterprise resulting in increased economic stability and efficiency of business in conditions of instability. Anti-crisis strategy is the most effective anti-crisis tool. Due to the nature of the crisis, this perspective allows you to develop an effective anti-crisis strategy and choose the right tools. | uk_UA |
