Abstract
The position of Strategic Financial Management in providing innovative development of modern
enterprises has been substantiated in the article. The Essence of the methods of Strategic Management
of Companies based on the Balanced Scorecards has been considered. A comparative analysis of
various systems of Balanced Scorecard with determination their advantages and disadvantages has
been conducted. The Balanced Scorecard by Norton&Kaplan combined with the indicator EVA is
suggested as universal and the best system for use by domestic management of enterprises.
