Abstract
The article defines a priority task for all countries of the world at the current stage of development of human civilization, namely national security. It is noted that the national security of the state is closely related to the spiritual and moral state of society and its educational potential, since it is in the education system that human capital is formed. The concept of humanitarian security, factors that negatively affect the formation of the common historical memory of the Ukrainian nation, as well as the reasons for increasing attention to the humanitarian aspects of national and international security problems are defined. Actual problems in the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine are analyzed. The characteristic features of the information situation in the social and humanitarian spheres were studied. It was concluded that national security is a complex systemic phenomenon based on economic, intellectual, humanitarian, legal, technological, environmental, military and other factors.
