| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню теоретико-методологічних засад фінансового менеджменту у страховій компанії. Для визначення дефініції поняття «фінансовий менеджмент страхової компанії» та його сутнісних ознак визначено особливості фінансових відносин, які виникають у сфері страхування і опосередковують кругообіг грошових коштів між страховиком та іншими суб’єктами. Встановлено, що такі фінансові відносини визначають сутність і зміст фінансів страхової компанії і формують засади фінансового менеджменту. Встановлено, що матеріальною основою усіх фінансових відносин компанії є рух грошових коштів, пов’язаний із формуванням її фінансових ресурсів, тобто капіталу у грошовій формі. Визначено особливості кругообігу грошових коштів страховика. На основі аналізу поняття «фінансовий менеджмент» та систематизації поняття «фінансовий менеджмент страхової компанії» запропоновано фінансовий менеджмент страхової компанії розглядати, по-перше, як складову загальної системи управлінської діяльності компанії, по-друге, як комплексну систему принципів і методів розвитку і реалізації управлінських рішень, спрямованих на формування, розподіл та використання фінансових ресурсів компанії та організацію її грошових потоків для досягнення стратегічних і тактичних цілей розвитку. Уточненосутнісні характеристики фінансового менеджменту страхової компанії. Виділено складові елементи фінансового менеджменту страховика. Важливою складовою у системі управління страховою компанію поряд із фінансовим менеджментом виступає фінансова та економічна безпека. Встановлено, що фінансові ресурси виступають основною характеристикою фінансового менеджменту і фінансової безпеки страхової компанії. Фінансовий менеджмент страховика та управління його економічною й фінансовою безпеками взаємозалежні. The article is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the financial management in the insurance company as the effective tool of general management of the company. In order to determine the definition of the concept of "financial management of the insurance company" and its essential features, the peculiarities of financial relations that arise in the field of insurance and mediate the circulation of funds between the insurer and other subjects have been determined.It has been establishedthat such financial relations determine the essence and content of the insurance company's finances and form the foundations of the financial management. It has been established that the material basis of all financial relations of the company is the movement of funds, which is accompanied by the formation of the equity capital, at which the circulation of funds begins and ends, the formation and use of cash reserves and financial results are carried out. The peculiarities of the circulation of the insurer's funds have been determined.It has been emphasizedthat the movement of funds of the insurance company is related to the formation of its financial resources, that is, capital in the monetary form. Based on the analysis of the concept of "financial management" and the systematization of the concept of "financial management of the insurance company", it has been proposedto consider the financial management of the insurance company, firstly, as a component of the general system of the company's management activities, and secondly, as a complex system of principles and methods for the development and implementation of management solutions aimed at the formation, distribution and use of the company's financial resources and the organization of its cash flows to achieve strategic and tactical development goals.The essential characteristics of the financial management of the insurance company have been clarified, namely, the subjects, object, purpose, tasks, functions and mechanism of the financial management of the insurance company have been defined. Due to the fact that the insurer's financial management is aimed at ensuring comprehensive management of the financial resources, we proposeto highlight the following components in its structure: operational management, investment management, tax management, innovation management, anti-crisis management.Along with financial management, the financial and economic security is the important component in the insurance company’s management system. It has been establishedthat the financial resources are the main characteristic of the financial management and the financial security of the insurance company. The insurer's financial management and management of its economic and financial security are interdependent. | |
