Abstract
This study examines the evolution of management thought, tracing its progression from classical theories to contemporary approaches in organizational management. The development of management thought is considered in the context of economic, technological and social changes. Particular attention is paid to the influence of digital transformation, flexible management models and the increasing role of human capital in organizations. It is determined that modern management combines classical principles with innovative approaches aimed at increasing adaptability and competitiveness of organizations in a dynamic environment.
