| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто ключові моделі регулювання фінансового ринку. Досліджено особливості регулювання фінансового сектору в Європейському Союзі. Акцентовано увагу на європейській системі фінансового нагляду, в якій враховано взаємозалежність окремих секторів фінансової системи. Проаналізовано досвід країн Європейського Союзу щодо реформування державного регулювання фінансового ринку. Виявлено, що у фінансовій сфері внаслідок розширення діяльності фінансових конгломератів на велику кількість країн та зростаючу взаємозалежність інституцій, що працюють на окремих сегментах фінансового ринку, постала необхідність перебудови механізмів регулювання фінансових ринків. Європейський Союз почав реформувати сферу фінансового нагляду як на загальноєвропейському рівні, так і в країнах-членах ЄС з метою зміцнення фінансової архітектури ЄС, покращення якості та стійкості нагляду, створення єдиної системи правил для всіх фінансових інституцій, що функціонують у межах єдиного ринку. Визначено особливості інституційного регулювання фінансового ринку України. Нині в Україні функціонує секторальна модель регулювання, яка є базовою, та з якої і починається формування державного регулювання, коли сектори є відносно незалежними один від одного. Враховуючи сучасні тенденції розвитку та євроінтеграційні процеси, виявлено, що механізм державного регулювання фінансового ринку України потребує вдосконалення. The article deals with the key models of financial market regulation. The features of financial sector regulation in the European Union are investigated. The focus is on the European system of financial supervision, which takes into account the interdependence of certain sectors of the financial system. The experience of the European Union countries regarding the reform of the state regulation of the financial market has been analyzed. It was revealed that in the financial sphere, as a result of the expansion of financial conglomerate activity in a large number of countries and the growing interdependence of institutions operating in separate segments of the financial market, it became necessary to restructure financial market regulation mechanisms. The European Union has begun reforming the scope of financial supervision both at pan-European level and in the EU member states in order to strengthen the EU's financial architecture, improve the quality and sustainability of supervision, and create a unified system of rules for all financial institutions operating within the single market. The features of institutional regulation of the financial market of Ukraine are determined. Currently, a sectoral regulatory model is functioning in Ukraine, which is the basic one, and from which the formation of state regulation begins, when the sectors are relatively independent from each other. Taking into account the current trends of development and European integration processes, it was revealed that the mechanism of state regulation of the financial market of Ukraine needs to be improved. The analysis shows that the tasks set by the Government of Ukraine in creating a functioning regulatory infrastructure in the financial market generally coincide with the modern methodology of the formation of supervisory structures for both developed markets and emerging markets | uk_UA |
