| dc.description.abstract | Вибір ефективних форм та методів підтримки розвитку малого бізнесу сприяє створенню конкурентного та інноваційного середовища та підвищенню рівня життя населення. Саме тому метою статті є дослідження фінансової підтримки малого бізнесу в Україні на сучасному етапі розвитку та обґрунтування напрямків її вдосконалення. В ході дослідження з’ясовано, що наявні проблеми системного характеру, а підтримка розвитку малого підприємництва є непослідовною та неефективною. На основі статистичних даних було визначено наявність тенденції до скорочення кількості малих підприємств, що є наслідком таких негативних факторів, як важкість залучення інвестицій, кредитів, отримання пільг, слабка державна підтримка, недоліки в системі оподаткування. Розглянуто систему фінансових механізмів розвитку малого і середнього підприємництва в Україні, яка складається з бюджетного, кредитного та механізму самофінансування та доведено, що основою фінансування є власні кошти підприємств. На основі проведеного аналізу, запропоновано шляхи подолання описаних вище проблем розвитку. Передусім, це співпраця та формування взаємних відносин з великими підприємствами, яка дозволить не тільки скоротити виробничі витрати, а й забезпечить безперервну стійку діяльність малих підприємств та вирішить кричущу проблему зайнятості населення. Тобто, для вирішення проблем розвитку малого підприємництва в Україні необхідна послідовна та ефективна політика підтримки розвитку малих підприємств з боку держави без надмірного втручання в господарську діяльність та створення сприятливого бізнес-середовища в нормативно-правовому забезпеченні, в бюджетному фінансуванні, кредитуванні та в системі оподаткування сектору малого підприємництва. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The choice of effective forms and methods for supporting the development of small businesses contributes to the creation of a competitive and innovative environment, and raising the standard of living of the population. That is why the purpose of the article is to study financial support for the development of small business in Ukraine at the current stage of development and to substantiate the areas of it improvement. The study found that existing problems of a systematic nature, while supporting the development of small businesses, are inconsistent and ineffective. On the basis of statistical data, the tendency to reduce the number of small enterprises was determined, which is the result of such negative factors as the difficulty of attracting investments, loans, obtaining privileges, weak state support, shortcomings in the taxation system. The system of financial mechanisms of development of small and medium enterprises in Ukraine is considered, which consists of budget, credit and self-financing mechanism, and it is proved that the main financing is the own funds of enterprises. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the ways of overcoming the problems of development described above are offered. First of all, it is cooperation and formation of mutual relations with large enterprises, which will allow not only to reduce production costs, but also to ensure continuous sustainable business of small enterprises and solve the flagrant problem of employment. That is, in order to solve the problems of small business development and Ukraine, a consistent and effective policy of supporting the development of small enterprises by the state is necessary without excessive interference in economic activity and the creation of a favorable business environment in the regulatory environment, in budget financing, crediting and taxation. | uk |
