Abstract
У статті проаналізовано показники глобальних індексів застосування цифрової трансформації в економіці України за 2023–2025 рр., що дозволило оцінити позиції країни у світовому цифровому середовищі. Встановлено, що Україна увійшла до групи світових лідерів цифрової трансформації державного сектору за результатами звіту GovTech Maturity Index (GTMI) 2025, що свідчить про високий рівень розвитку цифрових публічних сервісів та інституційної спроможності. Систематизовано дані Індексу цифрової трансформації регіонів України за 2025 рік, що дало змогу визначити ключові напрями цифровізації на регіональному рівні. Виявлено, що найвищі результати регіони продемонстрували у сферах цифровізації публічних послуг, розвитку цифрової інфраструктури та цифрових навичок населення.
Проаналізовано розвиток електронної торгівлі на підприємствах за видами економічної діяльності у 2022–2024 рр., а також її залежність від розміру підприємств за кількістю зайнятих працівників, включно з оцінкою рівня доступу до мережі Інтернет. Розраховано темпи зростання використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у різних галузях економіки, що дозволило виявити загальну позитивну динаміку цифровізації бізнесу. На основі проведеного аналізу запропоновано ключові інструменти цифрової трансформації, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємств, їх конкурентоспроможності та адаптивності до сучасних викликів.
The purpose of this study is to examine the processes of digital transformation at Ukrainian enterprises and to identify effective instruments of digital change across various sectors of the economy. Digital transformation is considered a significant factor in enhancing enterprise competitiveness, increasing productivity, creating new market opportunities, and ensuring resilience under contemporary global challenges. The methodological framework of the study is based on methods of analysis, induction, and deduction, which made it possible to systematize scientific approaches and formulate well-founded conclusions. Statistical and mathematical methods were used for the quantitative assessment of the studied processes, while the modeling method was applied to reflect the regularities of digital transformation of enterprises. The article analyzes the indicators of global indices measuring the application of digital transformation in the economy of Ukraine for 2023–2025. It is noted that Ukraine joined the group of global leaders in the digital transformation of the public sector according to the results of the GovTech Maturity Index (GTMI) 2025 report. The data of the Digital Transformation Index of the Regions of Ukraine for 2025 are systematized. It is indicated that the highest results were demonstrated by regions in the areas of public services digitalization, digital infrastructure, and digital skills. At the same time, the digitalization of territorial communities and the digital economy remain weaker areas at the regional level. E-commerce activities of enterprises by types of economic activity for 2022–2024 are analyzed, as well as their level depending on the number of employed persons (%), including the share of enterprises with Internet access. The growth rates of the use of information and communication technologies at enterprises by types of economic activity are calculated in percentage terms. Instruments of digital transformation aimed at ensuring the efficient functioning of enterprises are proposed.
