dc.description.abstractРозглянуто умови функціонування грошово-кредитної галузі України в умовах воєнного стану. Дослідженням встановлено, що зменшення надходжень до державного бюджету пов’язаноіз втратою ресурсів: матеріальних, інфраструктурних, інвестиційних та людських. Ці втрати було компенсовано переважно завдяки надходженням від міжнародних донорів, що дало можливість втримати економіку України у стабільному стані та завадило дестабілізації банківської системи. Визначено, що основним інструментом грошово-кредитної політики України є облікова ставка, формування якої залежить від загального стану економіки та рівня ділової активності, що впливає на розмір надходжень до бюджету. Застосування державного регулювання валютних операцій дозволило банківській системі зберегти платоспроможність. Отримані вдослідженні результати дозволили сформувати перспективи розвитку грошово-кредитної сфери України,які полягають у відновленні операцій з валютою без застосування адміністративних обмежень, а також залежатимуть від того, як довго триватиме період закінчення бойових дій в Україні. Оцінка макроекономічних показників та тенденцій їх змін дозволить з більшою ймовірністю прогнозувати стан грошово-кредитної сфери в Україні. The conditions of functioning of the monetary and credit industry of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law are considered. Research has established that the decrease in revenues to the state budget is associated with the loss of resources: material, infrastructural, investment and human. These losseswere compensated mainly thanks to income from international donors, which made it possible to keep the economy of Ukraine in a stable state and prevented the destabilization of the banking system. It was determined that the main instrument of the monetarypolicy of Ukraine is the discount rate. Its formation depends on the general state of the economy and the level of business activity, which in turn affects the amount of revenues to the budget. The application of state regulation of currency operations allowed the banking system to maintain its solvency. The results obtained in the study made it possible to form prospects for the development of the monetary and credit sphere of Ukraine, which consist in the resumption of operations with currency without the application of administrative restrictions, and will also depend on how long the period of the end of hostilities in Ukraine will last. The assessment of macroeconomic indicators and trends in their changes will make it possible to predict the state of the monetary and credit sphere in Ukraine with greater probability.
