Abstract
У роботі проведено таксономічний аналіз розвитку інноваційного підприємництва. Проаналізовано інноваційну активність підприємств в Україні. Розглянуто три методи таксономічного
аналізу, вибрано найефективніший та доцільніший для оцінки розвитку інноваційного підприємництва. Показано алгоритм таксономічного аналізу. Опрацьовано велику кількість факторів, які
впливають на стан і розвиток інноваційного підприємництва в
Україні. Визначено стимулятори, дестимулятори об’єкта дослідження, координати вектора-еталона. Розраховано таксономічний
показник розвитку, який дав змогу оцінити ефективність функціонування інноваційного підприємництва в Україні. Зроблено висновки про падіння темпів розвитку, низький рівень інноваційного підприємництва, на який впливає нестабільний стан зовнішнього
середовища. Тому сприятливий інноваційний клімат буде створювати передумови для успішного розвитку нашої держави.
The article gives the taxonomic analysis of the
innovation entrepreneurship development. There has been analysed
innovative activity of enterprises in Ukraine. The article considers the following three methods of taxonomic analysis: methods of organizing
aggregate units, differentiation methods, among which the method by
Chekanovsky is widely applied, and the method of selecting
representatives of groups. The most effective and appropriate method
for evaluating the innovation entrepreneurship development has been
chosen. It has been proved that the method of taxonomic indicator is
the most appropriate for evaluation of the innovation entrepreneurship
development. The method has a number of advantages. It enables
operating a large number of characteristics of objects, has simple
mathematical techniques, invariable information base, does not
require many calculation resources, results of calculation can be easily
interpreted, it also provides substantiated data for different research
objects. A 20 factor model for analysing the innovation
entrepreneurship development has been suggested. It includes
parameters of innovative activity, scientific research financing,
effectiveness and rating of innovative activity. It provides the basis for
conducting the taxonomic analysis. The article presents the algorithm
for conducting the taxonomic analysis which has the following five
stages: building a matrix of observations, standardizing the values of
elements of the matrix of observations, forming a standard vector,
measuring the distance between observations and the standard
vector, calculating the taxonomic indicator of development. A large
number of factors that influence the current state and the development
of innovation entrepreneurship in Ukraine have been analysed. In
general, the taxonomic analysis ensures timely receipt of information
about the state of innovative activity of enterprises and makes it
possible to prevent a negative impact of changes in the environment.
Therefore, a favorable innovative climate will create preconditions for
successful development of our state.
