Abstract
У статті ідентифіковано компоненти дифузії ресурсної циркулярності агробізнесу з присвоєнням значення відповідності принципам функціонування циркулярної економіки. Встановлено відповідність компонентів ідентифікації ресурсної циркулярності агробізнесу функціоналу принципів циркулярної економіки. Виділено складові елементи векторів дифузії ресурсної циркулярності агробізнесу з позиції кругообігу ресурсів та відходів в середовищі його функціонування. Розроблено і запропоновано напрями реалізації компонентів дифузії ресурсної циркулярності агробізнесу з позиції виробництва, споживання, переробки відходів, логістики та підтримуючих елементів ресурсної циркулярності. Досліджено середовище індустріального симбіозу дифузії ресурсної циркулярності агробізнесу з використанням складових біоміметики, екодизайну, ремануфактурингу, рециклінгу та реутилізації. Стистематизовано функціональні зв’язки ресурсно-відходного та циркулярного кругообігу в елементах забезпечення засобів аграрного виробництва, товарного кругообігу, переробки та транспортування продукції агробізнесу.
The article identifies the components of the diffusion of resource circularity in agribusiness with the assignment of the meaning of compliance with the principles of functioning of the circular economy. The correspondence of the components of the identification of resource circularity in agribusiness to the functionality of the principles of the circular economy is established. The constituent elements of the vectors of diffusion of resource circularity in agribusiness are highlighted from the position of the circulation of resources and waste in the environment of its functioning. The directions of implementation of the components of the diffusion of resource circularity in agribusiness from the position of production, consumption, waste processing, logistics and supporting elements of resource circularity are developed and proposed. The environment of industrial symbiosis of the diffusion of resource circularity in agribusiness is studied using the components of biomimetics, ecodesign, remanufacturing, recycling and reuse. The functional connections of the resource-waste and circular circulation in the elements of providing means of agricultural production, commodity circulation, processing and transportation of agribusiness products are systematized. The resource components of the diffusion of resource circularity of agribusiness with the external environment of its functioning and the impact on the surrounding ecosystems are systematized. Elements of the use of components of agribusiness resource circularity according to the 10R model are proposed and given. The circulation of agribusiness resources is characterized by the form of cyclicity: renewable, regenerated, narrow cycles; slow, floating cycles; closed cycles; balancing, restraining, generating cycles. The limits of identifying resource circularity of agribusiness by the constituent elements of the system are proven: eco-design, ecological production, green acquisition, green use, production and re-profiling, systemic agricultural cooperation, information provision, environmental potential, political and legislative support, and actions of nongovernmental organizations.
