| dc.description.abstract | Здійснено аналіз особливостей управління господарством Кримської області у період її перебування в складі РРФСР до 1954 р. Виявлено низьку ефективність вузьковідомчої централізації управління як господарством Криму в цілому, так і окремими його галузями й господарськими об’єктами на півострові. Особлива увага звертається на труднощі у здійсненні капіталовкладень в економіку Криму до його передачі у склад УРСР. Аналізуються зміни в системі управління господарством Криму після його включення до складу України, які відбувалися із врахуванням попереднього досвіду економічного співробітництва півострова із УРСР. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The analysis of the peculiarities of the management of the economy of the Crimea area in the period of its continuance as a part of the Russian SFSR until 1954 has been made. Low effectiveness of the lower department centralized management as the economy of the Crimea in general as well as its divisions and the economic objects on the peninsula has been found out. The particular attention has been paid to the difficulties when doing capital investments into the economy of the Crimea and its transferring to the part of USSR. The changes in the management system of the economy of the Crimea after its transition to Ukraine, which took place considering the previous experience with the economic collaboration of the peninsula with the UkrSSR have been researched. | uk |
