Abstract
У статті запропоновано концептуальний погляд на необхідність започаткування досліджень і розробок стосовно створення нової методичної основи для ефективної ревіталізації рекреаційних зон, які перебувають у межах досяжності готелів і місць релаксації. Наведено очікувані результати дослідження у царині теорії, методик і практичних технологій
здійснення ревіталізації зон відпочинку. Обґрунтовано мету дослідження,
яка здебільшого передбачає розроблення теоретичного базису та комплексного інструментарію упорядкованого забезпечення економічними ресурсами процесів пошуку і ревіталізації рекреаційних зон поза земель територіальних громад. Зроблено висновки про те, що уже зараз відкриваються
нові можливості для утворення нових форм ведення бізнесу, які створюють
умови не лише для генерування додаткового прибутку, а й створення умов
для психосоціальної реабілітації українців у поствоєнний час.
The article offers a conceptual vision of the need to start research
and development on the creation of a new methodological basis for economic
support for the revitalization of recreational areas in areas that are within the
reach of hotels and places of relaxation of the population. The purpose of the
study is substantiated, which mainly involves the development of a theoretical
basis and a comprehensive toolkit for the orderly provision of economic
resources for the processes of search and revitalization of recreational zones
outside the lands of territorial communities. The expected results of the study
are given, such as: development of the conceptual apparatus regarding the activities of hotels that have recreational zones on their territory; methods for
determining the economic feasibility of revitalizing recreational areas;
organizational principles to ensure the restoration of recreational areas of hotels;
organization projects in revitalization systems of recreational zones of hotels;
organization of works on restoration of recreational zones; methods of
forecasting costs for restoration of recreational hotels, etc. It is concluded that
the hotel industry is in a difficult financial situation, for its resuscitation it is
necessary to change the vectors of the activity of hotels to provide temporary
shelter to create conditions for active and passive recreation. This can be
achieved by restoring or creating new recreational areas in hotels and places of
temporary stay of people, and for this it is necessary to form a scientific basis.
The projects of the organization in the systems of revitalization of recreational
zones of hotels developed within the framework of the study, the technologies
for the implementation of work on the revitalization of such zones, supported by
the methods for calculating the estimated costs for the restoration of
recreational zones, as well as forecasts of the effectiveness of these works will
become a weighty scientifically substantiated basis for making effective
economic decisions in the future. Forecasts indicate that new opportunities are
already opening up for the formation of new forms of doing business, which
create conditions not only for generating additional profit, but also for creating
conditions for psychosocial rehabilitation of Ukrainians in the post-war period.
