Abstract
У статті розкривається характер взаємозв’язку соціальної відповідальності суб’єктів соціальнотрудових відносин із забезпеченням умов гідної праці. Розглядається значущість ціннісних засад становлення
соціально-трудових відносин для формування конкурентоспроможності країни і забезпечення гідної праці в
Україні в умовах глобалізації і постіндустріального суспільства. Стратегії модернізації соціально-трудових
відносин в Україні на засадах соціальної відповідальності пропонується вибудовувати з врахуванням
духовних та ментальних особливостей українців, їх ціннісних конкурентних переваг.
The article reveals the nature of the relationship of social responsibility of social and labor relations subjects’ with the
provision of decent work conditions. The significance of the value bases of the formation of social and labor relations for the
formation of the country's competitiveness and the provision of decent work in Ukraine in the conditions of globalization and
postindustrial society are considered. It is proposed to develop strategies for modernizing social and labor relations in
Ukraine on the basis of social responsibility, taking into account the spiritual and mental characteristics of Ukrainians, their
value competitive advantages.
