Abstract
The quick and successful overcoming of the consequences of military operations in Ukraine depends to a large extent on the efficiency of the functioningof the state administration system. This should be facilitated by the further implementation of digital transformation using platform or hybrid approaches through the use of a wide range of technological drivers – from big data and various tools for their analysis to computer modeling and blockchain and artificial intelligence.
