dc.description.abstractДосліджено сутність фінансового менеджменту та його роль, зокрема, в контексті вартісно-орієнтованого підходу на основі вивчення різних підходів до тлумачення даного поняття, окреслення його відмінних ознак та загальних характеристик; розглянуто роль та місце фінансового контролінгу в системі фінансового менеджменту підприємства на основі дослідження пріоритетних завдань, методів та інструментів фінансового контролінгу та фінансового менеджменту; досліджено сучасний стан та тенденції розвитку системи фінансового менеджменту медичного закладу; проаналізувано ринкове середовище та позиції медичного закладу ТОВ «Діагностика Україна» в Україні на основі застосування аналітичного інструментарію; проведено аналіз ефективності діючої системи фінансового менеджменту ТОВ «Діагностика Україна» на основі розрахунку рівнів та динаміки фінансових показників (джерел формування та напрямів використання майна, рівня собівартості медичних послуг, фінансових результатів, рентабельності), а також виявлення особливостей фінансової політики ТОВ «Діагностика Україна»; обґрунтувано заходи щодо підвищення конкурентної позиції ТОВ «Діагностика Україна» на основі узагальнення результатів теоретичного дослідження особливостей системи фінансового менеджменту в медичних закладах. The essence of financial management and its role, simultaneously, in the context of a varsity-oriented approach based on the development of various approaches to the dimming of this concept, the christening of its important signs and occult characteristics has been explored; the role of financial control in the system of financial management of an enterprise is considered on the basis of tracking the priority tasks, methods and tools of financial control and financial management; the current state and trends in the development of the system of financial management of medical mortgages have been studied; analyzed the market middle ground and the position of the medical market of LLC «Diagnostics Ukraine» in Ukraine based on the use of analytical tools; an analysis of the effectiveness of the current financial management system of LLC «Diagnostics Ukraine» was carried out based on the development of the market and the dynamics of financial indicators (formation and direct analysis of the market, the level of medical services, financial results, profitability), as well as identifying the peculiarities of the financial policy of Diagnostika Ukraine LLC ; it was concluded that the competitive position of LLC «Diagnostika Ukraine» was improved based on the results of a theoretical study of the peculiarities of the financial management system in medical mortgages.
