Abstract
Despite the growing demand for logistics services in Vietnam, Nippon Express Vietnam faces challenges that hinder the growth of its road freight transportation business in Hanoi. This research aims to analyze these challenges and propose strategic solutions to improve the operational efficiency and overall performance of the company’s transportation services. The thesis evaluates business strengths and weaknesses and suggests strategies for growth, with a focus on technological innovation and workforce development.
