dc.description.abstractУ статті здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз організаційно-економічних чинників і методів управління, які сприяють підвищенню продуктивності та ефективності молочного виробництва в агропромисловому комплексі України. Досліджено тенденції розвитку молочної галузі в період 2020–2024 років із врахуванням сучасних викликів, серед яких економічна нестабільність, наслідки військових дій і дефіцит ресурсів. Виокремлено ключові фактори, що обмежують зростання виробництва молока, зокрема зменшення поголів'я худоби, зростання собівартості кормів, низька технологічна оснащеність і брак кваліфікованих кадрів. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності впровадження інноваційних технологій у процес виробництва молока, що включає автоматизацію доїння, генетичне покращення тварин, удосконалення годівлі та застосування новітніх кормових добавок. Особливо підкреслено роль кооперації, яка сприяє зменшенню витрат і підвищенню конкурентоспроможності дрібних фермерських господарств. У процесі дослідження проведено анкетування керівників сільськогосподарських підприємств, що дозволило визначити основні проблеми галузі та потенційні напрями їх подолання. Результати аналізу свідчать про важливість державної підтримки, зокрема програм субсидування, залучення інвестицій та стимулювання експорту молочної продукції. Розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності виробничих процесів через інтеграцію новітніх технологій, оптимізацію кадрової політики та розвиток локальних молочарських кооперативів. Також розглянуто можливості застосування сучасних технологічних рішень для покращення управління виробничими процесами та підвищення ефективності молочного скотарства. Запропоновані підходи можуть сприяти подальшому розвитку галузі та адаптації до змін у зовнішньому середовищі. The article provides a thorough analysis of organizational and economic factors and management methods that contribute to increasing the productivity and efficiency of dairy production in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Trends in the development of the dairy industry in the period 2020–2024 are studied, taking into account modern challenges, including economic instability, the consequences of military operations and resource shortages. Key factors limiting the growth of milk production are identified, in particular, a decrease in the number of livestock, an increase in the cost of feed, low technological equipment and a lack of qualified personnel. The need to introduce innovative technologies into the milk production process is emphasized, including milking automation, genetic improvement of animals, improved feeding and the use of the latest feed additives. The role of cooperation, which contributes to reducing costs and increasing the competitiveness of small farms, is particularly emphasized. In the process of the study, a survey of heads of agricultural enterprises was conducted, which allowed identifying the main problems of the industry and potential directions for overcoming them. The results of the analysis indicate the importance of state support, in particular subsidy programs, attracting investments and stimulating the export of dairy products. Recommendations have been developed to increase the efficiency of production processes through the integration of new technologies, optimization of personnel policy and the development of local dairy cooperatives. The possibilities of applying modern technological solutions to improve the management of production processes and increase the efficiency of dairy farming are also considered. The proposed approaches can contribute to the further development of the industry and adaptation to changes in the external environment.
