dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено концептуальні засади та практичні аспекти формування фінансових стратегій транснаціональних корпорацій (ТНК) в умовах глобалізаційної нестабільності. Підкреслено зростання впливу ТНК на світову економіку та їхню подвійну роль як рушіїв інновацій і джерел системних ризиків. Проведено діагностику 20 провідних ТНК зі списку Fortune Global 500 (2024) за абсолютними та відносними показниками. Виявлено домінування торговельно-дистриб’юторського, енергетичного, технологічного та фінансового секторів, а також лідерство компаній США при зростанні ролі державних корпорацій Китаю. Обґрунтовано, що сучасні фінансові стратегії ТНК мають бути адаптивними, цифровізованими та орієнтованими на стійкість і довгострокову конкурентоспроможність у турбулентному глобальному середовищі. The article explores the conceptual foundations and practical aspects of forming financial strategies of transnational corporations (TNCs) under the conditions of globalization instability. It emphasizes the growing influence of TNCs on global economic dynamics and their dual role as drivers of innovation and sources of systemic risks. Based on UNCTAD methodology, the paper interprets the Transnationality Index (TNI) as a criterion for determining the degree of internationalization and integration of corporations into the global economy. A diagnostic analysis of the top 20 global TNCs from the Fortune Global 500 (2024) ranking was conducted according to absolute and relative indicators (sales, assets, profit, revenue growth, return on assets, and labor productivity). The study identifies sectoral patterns of global corporate development, highlighting the dominance of trade-distribution, energy, technological, and financial-investment sectors. The results demonstrate that U.S. corporations retain a leadership position (60%), while the growing share of Chinese state-owned TNCs reflects the shift of economic power toward Asia. The research reveals that technological companies show the highest efficiency due to innovationdriven strategies, whereas resource-based corporations ensure stability but face cyclical constraints. The constructed BCG-type matrix visualizes structural polarization within the global corporate system, where innovative and trade corporations generate growth zones, and energy and industrial companies sustain long-term stability. The findings also highlight the increasing onvergence between financial and technological strategies, as corporations seek to strengthen digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making in their financial management models. It is argued that adaptive, flexible, and sustainable financial strategies become decisive for maintaining profitability and competitiveness in an era of global uncertainty. Furthermore, the research underscores the necessity for multinational enterprises to integrate ESG principles and innovation-based investment approaches into their financial architectures.
