dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню фінансових аспектів енергоємності економіки України в контексті реалізації Україною стратегічних документів, зокрема Угоди про асоціацію з ЄС, проаналізовано динаміку зміни показника енергоємності ВВП. Визначено основні фінансові інструменти впливу на енергоємність ВВП, їхню взаємозалежність та можливість реалізації в Україні. Проаналізовано вплив державних енергоефективних програм та податкової політики на енергоємність ВВП України. Визначено необхідність та оцінено потенційні перешкоди, що можуть виникнути під час залучення іноземних інвестицій до впровадження енергоефективних рішень на промислових підприємствах. Проведено порівняльний аналіз показника енергоємності ВВП України з аналогічним показником європейських країн з метою кращого розуміння європейських підходів до забезпечення енергоефективності економіки. The energy intensity of GDP is one of the most serious indicators of the economic development of country. Ukraine has signed and ratified many agreements and strategic documents, in particular the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement, which determine key indicators that Ukraine must achieve in order to become a member of the European Union. The high level of energy intensity of GDP affects the main macroeconomics indicators including the consumer price index, import and export, etc. According to global trends in energy, economy and environmental protection it is necessary to reduce Ukraine`s energy intensity of GDP which is one of the biggest in European countries. Many and many countries all over the world are abandoning fossil resources in favor of renewable energy sources. Taking into account the state and capabilities of the economy of Ukraine, energy intensity of GDP may be reduce by using some financial instruments like attracting foreign investments, tax policy or implementation of governmental programs in the sphere of energy efficiency. In medium-term perspective Ukraine should provide reduction the energy intensity of GDP while ensuring stable GDP growth. In recent years Ukraine has begun to actively implement reforms in the field of energy efficiency, but unfortunately they did not take into account all potential economic factors and risks. The main consumers of energy are industrial enterprises, so the reduction of energy intensity of GDP is possible due to the modernization of their material and technical base and the gradual transition to the use of energy efficient equipment. It is important to assess the energy potential of industrial enterprises. Furthermore, it is possible and necessary to implement energy audit and energy management at the enterprises. On the other hand, the government should stimulate enterprises by specified financial instruments. A possible way to reduce the energy intensity of GDP is the introduction of so-called «energy taxes», the application of which is common practice in EU countries. The combined use of financial instruments and coordinated actions of government and enterprises can become guarantee of effective and stable reduction of Ukraine’s energy intensity of GDP. Статья посвящена исследованию энергоемкости экономики Украины в контексте реализации Украиной стратегических документов, в частности Соглашения об ассоциации с ЕС, проанализирована динамика изменения показателя энергоемкости ВВП. Определены основные финансовые инструменты влияния на энергоемкость ВВП, их взаимозависимость и возможность реализации в Украине. Проанализировано влияние государственных энергоэффективных программ и налоговой политики на энергоемкость ВВП Украины. Определена необходимость и оценены потенциальные препятствия, которые могут возникнуть при привлечении иностранных инвестиций для внедрения энергоэффективных решений на промышленных предприятиях. Проведен сравнительный анализ показателя энергоемкости ВВП Украины с аналогичным показателем европейских стран с целью лучшего понимания европейских подходов к обеспечению энергоэффективности экономики.uk_UA
