Abstract
Standard and legal features uf main assets are considered. Problem aspects in the accounting and tax law are outlined. Recommendations concerning improvement of main assets which will promote accumulation of resource capacity of the enterprises are developed. providing their effective housekeeping. The main directions of control of main assets, their mistakes and viulalion are considered.
