dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено еволюцію ринку праці в ІТ-галузі України шляхом статистичного аналізу даних вакансій та прогнозування змін на основі тенденцій за період 2022–2024 років. Основним джерелом даних виступили оголошення про роботу з провідного українського порталу пошуку роботи work.ua. Результати дослідження демонструють, що найбільший попит у поточному стані ринку спостерігається на професії, пов'язані з цифровим маркетингом (SMM-менеджери, контент-менеджери), а також на спеціалістів із підтримки ІТ-інфраструктури (системні адміністратори, веб-розробники). Проте прогнозний аналіз вказує на подальший зсув у бік високотехнологічних спеціальностей, таких як штучний інтелект, блокчейн і кібербезпека. Аналіз також показує регіональну специфіку розподілу вакансій в межах України, у найближчі роки очікується зростання попиту на фахівців в сферах науки про дані, хмарних обчислень та Інтернету речей (IoT). The article examines the evolution of the labor market in the IT industry of Ukraine through statistical analysis of vacancy data and forecasting changes based on trends for the period 2022–2024. The main source of data was job advertisements from the leading Ukrainian job search portal work.ua. The results of the study demon strate that the greatest demand in the current state of the market is observed for pro fessions related to digital marketing (SMM managers, content managers), as well as for specialists in IT infrastructure support (system administrators, web developers). However, the forecast analysis indicates a further shift towards high-tech specialties, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and cybersecurity. The analysis also shows the regional specificity of the distribution of vacancies within Ukraine, with an increase in demand for specialists in the fields of data science, cloud computing and the Inter net of Things (IoT) expected in the coming years.
