| dc.description.abstract | В статті розглянуто інвестиційні засади експансії китайських корпорацій на глобальних ринках. Виявлено, що значне зростання обсягів китайських інвестицій за кордоном забезпечує експансію китайського корпоративного сектору на усіх ринках глобального простору. Головними цілями корпорацій, що здійснюють свою діяльність за кордоном є забезпечення держави необхідними джерелами сировини; освоєння нових споживчих ринків для товарів китайського виробництва; поширення політичного та економічного впливу на міжнародній арені. The article provides an explanation of the main expansion investment principles of Chinese corporations in the global markets. Also research emphasis significant increase in Chinese investment abroad and provides expansion of the Chinese corporate sector in all markets of the global space. Pointed up, that the main goals of corporations which operate abroad is to provide the state relevant sources of raw materials; development of new consumer markets for Chinese goods production; distribution of political and economic influence in the international arena. The article considers the implementation strategy of the Chinese corporate sector in global markets through investment expansion. This is evidenced by a significant increase in Chinese investment overseas, and sixfold increase in the share of foreign investment in China’s gross domestic product. China is an active exporter of capital, with the strategic objectives of its foreign policy «global expansion», in addition to diversifying investments, began buying foreign companies, securities, assets, land for agricultural production and raw materials. Investment expansion due to tasks to ensure stabilnye energy intake and resources for further economic growth; development of new and maintenance of traditional consumer markets for Chinese goods and services; access to new technologies; distribution of political and economic influence in the international arena. Behavior of Chinese corporations in the world markets is different from the policy of Western companies. Experts note the aggressiveness of Chinese foreign economic policy, because of the predominance of the state corporate sector, which is provided by the state comprehensive support. This also specifies the main goals of foreign investment expansion corporations that operate overseas. A strong banking system with strict government regulation and prevalence of public institutions is the basis of high economic growth and investment expansion in global markets. | uk_UA |
