Abstract
У результаті проведеного дослідження встановлено, що інноваційне розвиток забезпечує формування конкурентних переваг та зростання найважливіших економічних показників. Це відбувається за рахунок формування сприятливих умови господарювання, розвитку інституційних засад інноваційної економіки та її інфраструктури, підвищення рівня життя населення. Визначено, що ідея "національних інноваційних систем" була "перенесена" на регіони та окремі сектори. В результаті відбулося виокремлення локальних, регіональних, технологічних та секторних інноваційних систем. На основі систематизації науково-практичної літератури було визначено підприємницьку екосистему як динамічну структуру, що складається з взаємопов'язаних "популяцій" (малі фірми, корпорації, університети, організації публічного сектора та ін.), всередині якої присутні процеси кооперації та конкуренції одночасно. Виявлені в результаті проведених досліджень тенденції, пріоритети і ціннісні орієнтири є визначальними для подальшого формування основних цілей існування екосистеми.
The purpose of the article is to determine the evolution of views on the content of the innovative ecosystem and the features of its development and principles of its functioning.
As a result of the conducted research, it was determined that innovative development ensures the formation of competitive advantages and provides the possibility of increasing the level of the most important economic indicators (GDP per capita, national income, employment, income, consumption growth, etc.), which form favorable economic conditions; development of the institutional foundations of the innovative economy and its infrastructure and, in general, raising the standard of living of the population. It was determined that in the future the idea of "national innovation systems" (NIS) was developed and transferred to regions and sectors of the economy. Participants of such a system are enterprises, universities and institutions. As a result, in addition to national innovation systems, local, regional, technological and sectoral innovation systems began to be distinguished. It is proposed to consider the innovation ecosystem (IES), where the entrepreneurial ecosystem was as a complex system (containing numerous relatively independent, but largely interconnected components).
Based on the systematization of scientific and practical literature, it was determined that the entrepreneurial ecosystem is defined as a dynamic structure consisting of interconnected "populations" of organizations (small firms, corporations, universities, public sector organizations, etc.), within which there are processes of cooperation and competition simultaneously.
The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the outline of the main elements of the evolution of views on the content of the innovation ecosystem and the peculiarities of its development and principles of its functioning.
The trends, priorities and value orientations revealed as a result of the research are decisive for the further formation of the main goals of the existence of the ecosystem: the creation and development of a symbiotic community; increasing "ecosystem productivity"; creation of a cycle of exchange of flows of energy, matter, etc. resources between ecosystem participants.
