Abstract
The paper substantiates the use of digital twins as a preventive risk management tool in the commercial activities of agricultural enterprises. It is determined that the integration of data from production (IoT) and management systems (CRM, ERP) allows modeling sales, logistics, and contract execution scenarios in conditions of market volatility. The potential of technology for optimizing logistics routes and substantiating pricing policy is considered. It is proven that the transition to data-based management through digital models increases the adaptability of agribusiness and minimizes operational losses.
