Abstract
У статті описно методику формування продуктивного стилю професійного спілкування майбутніх викладачів економіки, а саме: етапи навчання, зміст, форми й методи. Запропоновано навчально-тематичний план тренінгу «Стиль спілкування викладача».
Тhis arlicle describes the approach tо the effective professional соmmunісаlіоn style development for future teachers of econoтics, і. е. : phases, conlenl, fornu and methods of training. Тhree phases of the subject communication style development that аге hased оn specific psychoiogical and pedagogical training аt the university of econonrics have bееn idenlifted. The substantive aspects of this тethodology аrе presented in the 'Тeachers' соmmunісаtіоn style’ communication training, updated content of the 'Psychology of activity and training managemeflt’ discipline and pedagogical practices. The 'Тeacher’s communication style’ training plan has bееn presented Expedient, in оur view, training methods have bееn selected, such as conventional (verbal, illustrative, practical, working with books and video) methods; enhancement of cognitive activity (problem-based lectwe, discussion, brainstorm. analysis of social and educational situations, modeling of professional activity setting and role рlау); cognilive learning encouragemenl (methods to persиade and prove oneself right, suggesl, overcome barriers, delegate, secure first posilive impression, launch communication 'assaиlt', etc.); control and self-control, as wеl1 as methods focused оn the establishment of special reflexive environment (Ability to solve and deal with real life situations, pedagogical challenges; share experiences; Q&A tіmе wеl1 as live discussions to see clearly real expected results as well as modes of interaction; tо seek some feedback from the group to bе аblе to compare it with your оwn interpretation ofthe situation or position in question).
В статье описывается методика формирования продуктивного стиля профессионального общения будущих преподавателей экономики, а именно: этапы, содержание, формы и методы обучения. Предложен учебно-тематический план тренинга «Стиль общения преподавателя».
