dc.description.abstractThe specifics of the provision of laboratory diagnostic services and their client support have been updated. It is argued that the most rational direction for improving the management of operational processes of private medical laboratories should be based on the concept of «value disciplines»: ensuring operational excellence, innovative leadership, client-centricity. On the basis of the economic justification of projects to improve the management of operational processes of LLC «Diagnostyka Ukraina» the theoretical conclusions were confirmed and their applied significance was proven.
