Abstract
У статті здійснено всебічний аналіз основних фінансових та операційних ризиків, що виникають у логістичних системах, що є особливо актуальним у сучасних умовах господарювання. Зокрема, розглянуто фінансові ризики, такі як валютні, кредитні та інфляційні, що можуть значно вплинути на ефективність діяльності логістичних компаній. У статті значна увага приділена операційним ризикам. Визначено, що до основних операційних ризиків відносять технічні зброї, ризики процесів транспортування вантажів та управління ланцюгами поставок, природні катастрофи, а також вплив людського фактора. У роботі визначено основні методи управління операційними та фінансовими ризиками логістичних систем. Для управління фінансовими ризиками рекомендовано застосовувати стратегічне планування витрат, оптимізацію фінансових потоків, страхування ризиків та хеджування валютних операцій. Операційні ризики рекомендовано знижувати за рахунок застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій, автоматизації процесів, постійного підвищення кваліфікації персоналу та моніторингу логістичних процесів.
The problems of identifying possible sources of risks, developing strategies for their minimization, and implementing scientifically sound approaches to management contribute to maintaining stability and high efficiency of logistics chains, and therefore require detailed study and resolution. The purpose of the article is to examine the main types of risks in logistics, their impact on business processes and the performance of enterprises, and also to provide methods and strategies for minimizing these risks in the face of modern economic challenges. Methods for assessing and effectively managing financial risks are considered, in particular hedging currency fluctuations, strategic cost planning, risk insurance and optimization of financial flows. And also, methods for reducing the impact of operational risks are described, in particular process automation, the use of the latest information technologies, monitoring of logistics processes and ongoing staff training. The main financial and operational risks that arise in logistics systems, in particular in the agricultural and industrial sectors, which increases the relevance of the topic for enterprises operating in these industries is analyzed in the article in detail. Particular attention is paid to financial risks, in particular currency, credit and inflation risks, which can significantly affect the efficiency of logistics companies. Attention is also focused on operational risks associated with supply chain management, cargo transportation, technical malfunctions, the human factor and natural disasters. Methods for risks decreasing are proposed in the article. It is determined that to ensure the effective and sustainable operation of logistics systems, it is important to continuously develop risk management strategies and adapt to the changing challenges of the global market and rapid changes in the external environment. Using such methods of risks management will ensure reduction of financial losses and their sustainable development in changing external environment. The practical value of achieved results is the possibility of decreasing financial costs by logistics companies while implementing the proposed methods of financial and operating risks management.
