dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню бізнес-ідеї відкриття кондитерської. Розглянутий ринок кондитерських, особливості побудови бізнес моделі підприємства, проведено маркетинговий аналіз. Особливу увагу приділено організаційним аспектам кафе. В процесі виконання дипломної роботи проведені фінансові розрахунки для заснування кондитерської. Qualifying bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the business idea of opening a confectionery. The market of confectioneries, features of construction of business model of the enterprise are considered, the marketing analysis is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the organizational aspects of the cafe. In the process of completing the thesis, financial calculations were made for the establishment of a confectionery.
