dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджується соціально-політичні відносини, що формуються під впливом розвитку та інтеграції технологій штучного інтелекту, вплив ШІ на процеси прийняття рішень у державному управлінні, політичну комунікацію, забезпечення національної безпеки та демократичного контролю. Особливу увагу приділено є розкриття сутності «штучного інтелекту» та його складових, визначення особливостей і наслідків його застосування у політичній сфері, а також аналіз потенціалу та загроз для державного управління й міжнародних відносин. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у поглибленні наукового розуміння політичних аспектів застосування штучного інтелекту. Практичне значення полягає у можливості використання висновків для удосконалення політичних стратегій. The qualification thesis examines socio-political relations that are formed under the influence of the development and integration of artificial intelligence technologies, the impact of AI on decision-making processes in public administration, political communication, ensuring national security and democratic control. Particular attention is paid to revealing the essence of «artificial intelligence» and its components, determining the features and consequences of its application in the political sphere, as well as analysing the potential and threats to public administration and international relations. The theoretical significance of the work lies in deepening the scientific understanding of the political aspects of the application of artificial intelligence. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using the conclusions to improve political strategies.
