dc.description.abstractДосліджено теоретико-методичні засади формування організаційного дизайну, розроблено конфігурації моделей оргдизайну закладів охорони здоров’я в залежності від їх правової форми. Проаналізована діяльність та проведена оцінка організаційного дизайну реабілітаційного центру ДП «Український державний медико-соціальний центр ветеранів війни». Розроблено модель організаційного дизайну на засадах екосистемного підходу, яка спрямована на адаптацію до сучасних викликів і забезпечення стійкості закладу. Обґрунтовано доцільність та розроблено управлінські аспекти впровадження проєкту зміни організаційного дизайну ДП «Український державний медико-соціальний центр ветеранів війни». The theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational design formation are studied, configurations of organizational design models of health care institutions are developed depending on their legal form. The activities of the organizational design of the rehabilitation center of the state enterprise «Ukrainian state medical and social center for war veterans» was analyzed and evaluated. A model of organizational design based on the ecosystem approach is developed, which is aimed at adapting to modern challenges and ensuring the sustainability of the institution. The expediency and managerial aspects of implementing the project of changing the organizational design of the state enterprise «Ukrainian state medical and social center for war veterans» are substantiated and developed.
