| dc.description.abstract | The article, based on the objective definition of the essence of the enterprise organizational culture, establishes a connection with the culture of the organization and the importance of the activity of firms. A model of organizational culture of an industrial enterprise that is adequate to the peculiarities of the Ukrainian national economy is developed. The ways of effective implementation of this organizational culture model, which are appropriate to apply individually in the transformation business processes of enterprise activity, are offered. The peculiarities of perception of changes in the organizational culture of enterprises by their employees are analyzed. | uk_UA |
