Abstract
Запропоновано шляхи реалізації організаційно-економічного забезпечення стратегії інноваційного розвитку скотарства. Наведено методику оцінки інноваційних можливостей галузі. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності комплексного вирішення проблеми прискорення інноваційного процесу у скотарстві за допомогою програмно-цільового методу.
Problem statement. The necessity of overwhelming the low economic efficiency of cattle breeding in Ukraine needs its innovational development. However this branch provides the population with food, which, in this turn, favours strengthening the food security of the state.
Results. A definition of the cattle breeding innovational potential is given in the article. The conditions of increasing the competitive ability and economic efficiency of the branch, in particular the development of selection and pedigree work and the use of the best stocks, adapted to the industrial production technology, the use of modern science absorbing innovational production technologies and the elaboration of new ones are analyzed.
The main indices for evaluating the economic efficiency of innovations in the branch of cattle breeding are considered, and their groupings are given. A formula for determining the efficiency of introducing innovations is given. The necessity of the budgetary support of commodity producers of the cattle breeding production is accentuated. Some ways of realizing the organization-and-economic support of the strategy of the innovational cattle breeding development are given.
Conclusions. We have emphasized that the complex solution of the problem of speeding up the innovational process in cattle breeding is possible only by means of the programme-and-purpose method. We have suggested that one of the main sections of the State purpose programme of the Ukrainian village development for the period up to 2025 should be a section that would enclose a scientific argumentation of the whole totality of the innovational process in the subcomplex of cattle breeding, including its resource security.
