| dc.description.abstract | У статті представлено результати дослідження розвитку та функціонування закладів охорони здоров’я України як соціально- та бізнес-орієнтованих організацій. Уведено в науковий обіг поняття«бізнес-патерн» для відображення специфіки діяльності закладів охорони здоров’я за ринкових умов. Спираючись на ключові положення теорій маркетингу, менеджменту бізнес-організацій та підприємництва, запропоновано імплементацію існуючих бізнес-патернів задля розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я за умов економіки ренти. На основі бізнес-модель за підходом А. Остервальдера та І. Піньє та відповідно до шести ключових індикаторів стратегії розвитку охорони здоров’я в Україні, охарактеризовано специфічні компоненти системи фінансування вітчизняних закладів охорони здоров’я та їх взаємозв’язків. Проаналізовано потоки доходів як результату діяльності закладів охорони здоров’я в Україні. Задля забезпечення позитивної синергії у розвитку вітчизняних закладів охорони здоров’я аргументовано необхідність врахування крос-культурних особливостей бенчмаркінгових об’єктів за підходом Г. Хосфтеде. The article presents the results of a study of the development and functioning of health care institutions in Ukraine as socially and business-oriented organizations. The concept of "business pattern" has been introduced into scientific circulation to reflect the specifics of the activities of health care facilities under market conditions. In the analysis of scientific sources, it was determined that the foundations of modern theory of systems and organizations belong by O. Bohdanov, who singled out the safety of the system with active use of the environment, which emphasizes the broad coverage of the model according to its technology. It is determined that the pooling of funds can be done through Ministries, autonomous state agencies, social insurance funds, private insurance companies, local authorities. Based on the key provisions of the theories of marketing, management of business organizations and entrepreneurship, it is proposed to implement existing business patterns for the development of health care facilities in an economy of rent. Based on the Business Model Canvas of A. Osterwalder and I. Pigneur and in accordance with the six key indicators of the strategy of health care development in Ukraine, the specific components of the system of financing domestic health care institutions and their relationships are described. Revenue flows as a result of health care facilities in Ukraine are analysed. In order to ensure positive synergy in the development of domestic health care facilities, the need to take into account the cross-cultural features of benchmarking facilities according to the approach of G.
