Abstract
Історія містить багато прикладів впливу воєнних конфліктів на зовнішню торгівлю країн, які беруть у них участь. Особливістю воєнного конфлікту в Україні насамперед є те, що країна зазнає впливу і через окупацію значної її території, де зосереджений основний промисловий потенціал, так і через масовані ракетно-артилерійські обстріли. Статтю присвячено проблематиці розвитку міжнародної торгівлі України з урахуванням особливостей її функціонування у воєнний період. Метою дослідження є визначення впливу воєнного стану на міжнародну торгівлю України. Теоретичні засади функціонування та розвитку міжнародної торгівлі розкриті в
працях багатьох вітчизняних та іноземних науковців, проте мало хто з авторів приділяв увагу дослідженню зовнішньої торгівля країни в умовах воєнних конфліктів чи інших суспільних потрясінь. Однак проведені дослідження показали, що загальний обсяг зменшення міжнародного товарообігу для України не став критичним. Коефіцієнт покриття експортом імпорту становить 1, що вказує на баланс в економіці.
Аналіз структури продукції показав, що Україна не лише втратила окремі позиції за групами продукції, а й за певними категоріями змогла наростити експорт, що в цілому здійснило позитивний вплив на формування ВВП країни.
History contains many examples of the impact of military conflicts on the foreign trade of the countries that participate in them. The peculiarity of the military conflict in Ukraine, first of all, is that the country is affected both through the occupation of its large territory, where the main industrial potential is concentrated, and through massive rocket and artillery shelling of the entire territory. This article is devoted to the problems of development of international trade of Ukraine, taking into account the peculiarities of its functioning during the war period. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of martial law on Ukraine’s international trade. The theoretical foundations of functioning and development of international trade are disclosed in the works of many domestic and foreign scientists. However, few authors paid attention to the study of the country’s foreign trade in conditions of military conflicts or other social upheavals. Though, the conducted studies have shown that the overall decrease in international trade turnover for Ukraine has not become critical. The export import coverage ratio is 1, which indicates the balance in the economy. The analysis of the structure of products showed that Ukraine not only lost some positions in product groups, but also managed to increase exports in certain categories, which in general had a positive impact on the formation of the country’s GDP.
