    Методологічні засади управління підприємницькою діяльністю в агробізнесі

    У статті досліджується комплексний підхід до організації, планування та контролю бізнес-процесів у сільськогосподарському секторі України. Актуальність теми зумовлена значущістю агробізнесу для економіки країни та є ключовим джерелом зайнятості в сільських регіонах. У праці детально аналізуються критичні фактори, що впливають на розвиток підприємницьких ініціатив, зокрема доступ до фінансування, рівень інфраструктурної забезпеченості, стан земельних ресурсів та інноваційний потенціал. Пропонуються методи класифікації цих факторів, їх пріоритизація та врахування в управлінських рішеннях. Особливу увагу приділено використанню сучасних методологій, таких як збалансована система показників (BSC), яка дозволяє інтегрувати стратегічне планування з операційною діяльністю. Розглядаються три основні підходи до управління: ресурсний, що фокусується на оптимізації використання матеріальних і людських ресурсів; процесний, який забезпечує прозорість і ефективність бізнес-процесів; та результативний, орієнтований на досягнення конкретних економічних і соціальних показників. Ці підходи взаємодоповнюють один одного, створюючи основу для гнучкості та стійкості агробізнесу. У роботі також висвітлюється концепція збалансованого розвитку, яка поєднує економічні, екологічні та соціальні аспекти. Зокрема, аналізується вплив екологічних стандартів на аграрне виробництво, роль соціальної відповідальності бізнесу у підтримці сільських громад та важливість інвестицій у «зелені» технології. Автори підкреслюють значення цифрової трансформації, яка включає впровадження таких інновацій, як AgTech, штучний інтелект, Інтернет речей (IoT) та блокчейн для автоматизації процесів, підвищення продуктивності та забезпечення прозорості в управлінні. Дослідження також акцентує увагу на функціях державних інституцій у підтримці агробізнесу, зокрема через програми субсидій, кредитування та стимулювання експорту. Окремо розглядається вплив законодавчих ініціатив, таких як земельна реформа, на управлінські практики в аграрному секторі. У статті робиться висновок про необхідність інтеграції інноваційних підходів, міжсекторного співробітництва та адаптації до змінних умов ринку для забезпечення довгострокової конкурентоспроможності українського агробізнесу The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the strategic and operational frameworks essential for effective management in Ukraineʼs agricultural sector. It highlights the sectorʼs significant contribution to the national economy and its role as a major employer in rural regions. The study emphasizes the importance of a multifaceted approach to managing agribusiness, focusing on the integration of financial, environmental, and social dimensions. A key aspect of the article is the exploration of modern management methodologies, including the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which enables organizations to translate their strategic goals into actionable measures across four perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. The BSC is particularly relevant in agribusiness as it supports the alignment of short-term operational activities with long-term sustainability objectives. The article further discusses the resource-based view (RBV), process-oriented management, and results-driven approaches, each playing a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of agricultural enterprises. The RBV emphasizes the identification and development of valuable, rare, inimitable, and non-substitutable (VRIN) resources, while process-oriented management focuses on optimizing workflows and reducing inefficiencies. The results-driven approach ensures that enterprises remain agile and responsive to market changes. In addition to these methodologies, the article examines the concept of balanced development, which harmonizes economic growth with environmental sustainability and social responsibility. It explores the implementation of eco-friendly practices, such as reducing pesticide and herbicide usage, and the promotion of biodiversity. The study also underscores the importance of digital transformation in agribusiness, highlighting the role of technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), precision agriculture, and big data analytics in improving productivity and resource management. The article acknowledges the influence of governmental policies and legislative frameworks on agribusiness management. It discusses the role of state institutions in providing infrastructure, financial support, and market access, as well as the impact of regulations on land use and environmental standards. The research concludes by emphasizing the need for continuous innovation, strategic collaboration, and adaptive management practices to ensure the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of Ukraineʼs agribusiness sector. This comprehensive approach not only addresses the immediate challenges faced by agribusiness but also positions it to thrive in an increasingly globalized and environmentally conscious world.
