    Managing enterprise competitiveness on the international markets on the example of the DHL company

    The Master’s Thesis is devoted to the study of the processes and methods of managing the competitiveness of an enterprise in international markets in a competitive environment. Theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of «competitiveness» are considered, the analysis of factors influencing it is carried out. The analysis of the activities of the DHL Company, its competitive advantages in the international market and the tools for achieving them is carried out. The analysis of the state of the international market of logistics services, the influence of external factors on it, considered trends and possible changes. Магістерська робота присвячена вивченню процесів і методів управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства на міжнародних ринках в умовах конкуренції. Розглянуто теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «конкурентоспроможність», проведено аналіз факторів, що на неї впливають. Проведено аналіз діяльності компанії DHL, її конкурентних переваг на міжнародному ринку та інструментів їх досягнення. Проведено аналіз стану міжнародного ринку логістичних послуг, впливу на нього зовнішніх факторів, розглянуто тенденції та можливі зміни.

    Project Management in International Charitable Organizations (on the basis of ADRA International)

    The work analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of project management in international charitable organizations, with an emphasis on determining the optimal strategies and tools on the example of ADRA International. Through the analysis of specific charity projects, such as «Emergency Food Aid to the Conflict-Affected Population in Ukraine», the study identifies risks and suggests ways to mitigate them, helping to improve project outcomes. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of project management in international charitable organizations were determined, especially in the conditions of socio-political instability in Ukraine. У роботі аналізуються теоретичні та практичні аспекти впровадження проєктного менеджменту в міжнародних благодійних організаціях, з акцентом на визначенні оптимальних стратегій та інструментів на прикладі ADRA International. Через аналіз конкретних благодійних проєктів, таких як «Надзвичайна продовольча допомога постраждалому від конфлікту населенню України», дослідження визначає ризики та пропонує шляхи їх пом’якшення, допомагаючи покращити результати проєкту. Було визначено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління проєктами в міжнародних благодійних організаціях, особливо в умовах соціально-політичної нестабільності в Україні .
