    Розглядається питання побудови ефективної системи мотивації персоналу на підприємстві. Метою публікації є вдосконалення підходів до побудови системи мотивації на засадах різноманітності та інклюзії виробничого середовища та середовища трудової діяльності. Розглянуто сутність та переваги впровадження на сучасних підприємствах політики різноманітності та інклюзії. Наголошено, що дотримання політики різноманітності персоналу та інклюзії робочого місця дозволить залучити та утримати на підприємстві потрібних працівників високої мотиваційної готовності. The issue of building an effective personnel motivation system at the enterprise is under consideration. The purpose of the publication is to improve approaches to building a motivation system on the basis of diversity and inclusion of the production environment and the environment of labor activity. The essence and advantages of implementing the policy of diversity and inclusion at modern enterprises are considered. It was emphasized that compliance with the policy of personnel diversity and inclusion of the workplace will allow attracting and retaining the necessary employees with high motivational readiness at the enterprise.
