    Аналіз динаміки зайнятого населення України як складова менеджменту сталого розвитку

    Розглянуто динаміку зміни кількості зайнятого населення в Україні у віці 15-70 років як складову менеджменту сталого розвитку. Проведено аналіз та прогнозування змін, зосереджуючись на їх вплив на економічну, соціальну та екологічну сфери країни. Значення менеджменту у сфері підготовки кадрів та розвитку на міжнародних ринках праці. На основі аналізу даних Держкомстату побудовано прогнозну модель кількості зайнятого населення на наступні роки, оцінено її точність і надано перспективні показники. We consider the dynamics of changes in the number of employed population in Ukraine aged 15-70 as a component of sustainable development management. I analyze and forecast changes, focusing on their impact on the economic, social and environmental spheres of the country. The importance of management in the field of personnel training and development in international labor markets. Based on the analysis of the data of the State Committee of Statistics, a forecast model of the number of the employed population for the following years was built, its accuracy was assessed and prospective indicators were provided.
